Are you located in Australia?

Yes. All orders are custom printed, packed, and shipped from Brisbane, Australia.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production Time- 1-3 business days 

Shipping Time

Australia 1-7 business days

New Zealand 3-7 business days

United States 10-20 business days

 For the time being, we only ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United States. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Peak times may cause slight delays in production & shipping.

 

How can I track my order?

Upon the shipment of your order, a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you, which includes your tracking number(s). These tracking number(s) will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange.

Our top priority is your happiness. While we aim for accuracy, occasional human errors may result in the wrong t-shirt being sent or minor imperfections on a shirt. These instances are rare, comprising less than 1% of our orders, but if they occur, we'll take swift action to resolve them!

 All returned items must be unworn and unwashed for us to process a refund. 

 

Incorrectly fulfilled or damaged items

We offer replacements for items delivered incorrectly (wrong design, style/color/sizes) or with defects. Simply email us a photo of the received item highlighting the issue, and we'll promptly send you a replacement at no extra cost. There's no requirement to return the incorrect or defective item.

 

Incorrect sizing

We custom-print all T-shirts, which means we're unable to provide refunds for sizing issues. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with sizing, let us know, and we'll do our best to resolve it for you.
